Abhinay’s love for theater arts stems from his college days, as a mimicry artist. But after working as a theater artist in a couple of plays, he decided to pursue theater more seriously and enrolled at the Gujarat College of Arts and Science. From here, he went on to become an actor, writer and a theater director all in one, and also founded Aarambh Academy, a group working on experimental theater concept.

Abhinay comes to Abhivyakti with a rather unique concept that allows actors to be immersed in their character, unrehearsed. He articulates his concept to as,”my act is an improvisation piece, actors are fully aware of the plot. Rather, it will give them the opportunity to understand their counterparts, and in turn, their own roles, which will bring out the true flavor of their stage personalities.” Deviating from his usual massive crew, his play will have a compact crowd, which will make it all the more interactive for the audience.
