A Moment Of Stillness is a performance piece experiment that looks at how energy can be transferred from performers into a physical space, A Moment Of Stillness is a performance piece experiment that looks at how energy can be transferred from performers into a physical space, enveloping it, and seeping into the spectators inside of it in the process. It plays with organic movement and repeated action while thinking about the creation of energy through moving bodies. The performers explore solo and unison movements, embodying a variety of emotions that these movements create within them. The group examines the idea of how energy can be moved and shared between people and space through a shared focus and intention.
