Considering their outstanding contribution to Kathak Dance the Central Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi has awarded them the prestigious “Akademi Puraskar”. Maulik and Ishira have been designated by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). The Central Production Center (CPC), New Delhi, has recorded their "Roopmati Baz Bahadur" production for a nationwide telecast. They have performed in more than 40 countries They are recipients of many prestigious awards such as the ‘Gaurav Puruskaar,' among many others.
